customer treatment

my stay in this so-called 'resort' was an absoluteley disappointing experience. the aircon was totally shouty, almost as loud as the roosters. they expect me to pay for their broken fan, which broke on its own, while no one offers even a little welcome treat? just couldn’t recommend it, sadly.

I had a great time at jph resort! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to help me, especially when i had a mishap. The spacious room and the location near delicious food spots really exceeded my expectations.

the wifi connection was quite weak.

The room felt cramped, with a low water pressure that made for less-than-ideal showers. WiFi speed was painfully slow, barely enough for basic texting, and the short 10-minute walk to the beach involved navigating through a neighbor's backyard.

I had a fantastic stay at Jph Resort! The staff went above and beyond, always ready to help with any requests. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a private bathroom and a tile floor. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, and we loved the delicious Filipino breakfast nearby.

The WiFi was a bit slow at times.

Couples seeking adventure

the family running this place is phenomenal. they went out of their way to arrange a shuttle from the airport when our flight got delayed, saving our trip from disaster. also, when we got stranded on the island due to a typhoon, they were there to hold our room. that's customer service on another level.

it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but what we got was worth every penny.

The team was super helpful, always quick to assist with our snorkeling trip plans. I loved the relaxing full body massage and the peaceful garden area was a perfect escape. The only downside was a little bit of litter on the beaches nearby, but overall, it didn’t take away from a wonderful stay! 😊
